In 1984, Robert "Buster" Heitman, Jr., began crafting distinctive homes and quality neighborhoods in and around Spokane. He established high standards of customer service and efficiency which are still apparent in the company today. Buster was soon joined by Construction Manager Ken Firestone, a seasoned builder who has been involved in the industry for nearly 20 years. Together, the two men developed a building team unafraid to take on challenges, and Landmark's growth took off. Families who purchased a Landmark home many years ago are still happy with their worry-free homes.
